You will enter and exit the exhibit on the east side of the campus through the large garage door labeled Lane D. Additional signage around the building will also help to direct you. 

Events, construction and road closures happening on and around Straz Center’s campus can affect travel time and parking availability. Accessible parking is available in our Arrival Plaza as part of our valet service at the current valet parking rate. When the Arrival Plaza is full, we are committed to providing additional parking to the best of our ability. In addition, ADA guests who properly display an ADA parking placard may park in on-street metered spaces for up to four hours free of charge. These individuals do not need to use a pay station or otherwise activate a parking session to receive the free hours. The closest metered spots to Straz are currently on W Fortune Street, N MacInnes Place, W Cass and W Tyler streets. Lane closures may be in place on these streets to ensure the safety of guests attending shows. In all circumstances, ADA drop-off points are available in our Arrival Plaza. Parking in any of these locations is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Grab a slice and a drink at our new food truck, Dough-Re-Mi, or visit SteamHeat Coffee shop, proudly serving Blind Tiger coffee, snacks and small bites. Dough-Re-Mi pizza is a concept of Straz Center and Bavaro's. SteamHeat and Dough-Re-Mi are located just around the corner from the Banksy exhibit on the south side of Straz Center. 

Bags cannot exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Any reusable drink container, including personal water bottles, is also not permitted. Additional details can be found

Each ticket you purchase from us is a revocable license to attend a particular performance. Straz Center sets ticket maximums per account and/or household for the complete run of any show, regardless of the number of performances, and attempts to purchase more than the maximum can result in the license (ticket) being revoked and the money returned. Additionally, under Florida Statutes 817.36 Resale of Tickets, which took effect July 1, 2009, it is illegal for any person or entity to offer or resell a ticket to any performance at  Straz Center for the Performing Arts for more than $1 over the face value of the ticket. Substantial penalties are in place for violators. All Straz Center tickets are covered by the statute and contain a notice that they cannot be resold for more than $1 over the face value of the ticket. We have the right to revoke the license (ticket) and void the sale if we find a Straz Center ticket was offered or sold in violation of this statute. To keep our tickets affordable and accessible, violators will be prosecuted.

Any tickets lost, stolen or missing – for any reason – will be reissue with a new one-of-a-kind barcode. 

Straz Center

Featuring more than 160 original works, The Art of Banksy is the world’s largest authenticated collection of privately-owned Banksy art worth $35 million. This globally acclaimed showcase features original and authenticated works associated with, arguably, the most intriguing and talked-about artist in modern history. On display are prints, canvases, screenprints, sculptures, unique works and limited-edition pieces. 

The exhibit features iconic works such as “Girl and Balloon” and “Rude Copper” alongside some of Banksy’s lesser-known masterpieces. Guests will experience a global exclusive – the original “Flower Thrower.” This original piece was created in 1997 as a gift for Banksy’s then girlfriend, Leonie Laws, whose exclusively filmed testimonial will also be presented. Visitors in Tampa will also experience a signed, previously unseen work: Banksy’s “Mona Lisa.” Originally purchased directly from Banksy by actor Brad Pitt for his private collection, the artwork was returned to Banksy in 2022, who transformed it into a new piece, now on public display in the United States of America for the first time. 

The Art of Banksy has welcomed more than one million visitors worldwide in Melbourne, Tel Aviv, Auckland, Toronto, Miami, Gothenburg, Sydney and ran two years in London. In 2010, Time magazine selected Banksy for its list of the worlds’ 100 most influential people among the company of Barack Obama, Steve Jobs and Lady Gaga.
